Probably the best value I’ve come across - a big scoop of ice cream and a cookie for $6.50 (vs some places charge close to that amount for one or the other). The young man working behind the counter that Wednesday night was helpful and patient as kids and adults alike were overwhelmed with the options. He gave us samples of the ice cream and was answering all the questions from the kids. He was a kind and calming presence. Everyone ended up getting a scoop of ice cream and a cookie. We should have shared. The ice cream was rich and the cookies were excellent. Disappointingly, most went unfinished, which was as shame since everything was so good. Will definitely be back. Maybe even today.

The cookies are literally soft and gooey just like the packaging says!!! I have been walking past this place for months and finally went in. These are some of the best cookies I have ever had. I have not ordered their ice cream yet but I tried a couple of samples and it is amazing, so full of flavor! I really like grainy ice cream and both of the flavors I tried were grainy so I am sold. I will say the prices are pretty high but I have purchased cookies from other boutique bakeries that were just as expensive, but NOT as good as these are, so it made the prices a little less painful.

My brother had brought me some cookies from here a month ago & they were so yummy & deliciously soft! I was in the area & decided to get some for my husband & kids to try. Super cute ambiance & nice workers. Surprisingly almost all of the cookies except for maybe 4 of them were tough & hard (I bought a dozen). Needless to say I hyped up these cookies for my family just for them to be disappointed. Sad thing is too is that we live in SD & can’t even exchange them for softer ones because we don’t live nearby. Spent $30 for cookies we didn’t even want to finish. So sad. My review is for the Mission Viejo location. So the owner reached out & asked me to email him. I did so about 5 days ago & no response. I think they want to show that they’re trying to be proactive but don’t actually do anything to make sure customers are happy. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone or at least this location anyway. Go anywhere but the Mission Viejo location.
