I have always wanted to visit Disneyland Resort when all of the Holiday festivities and Christmas decor was up. The sights and sounds were just too beautiful to describe! Both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure were worth the wait. I thoroughly enjoyed the makeovers for Haunted Mansion and It's a Small World. Makes the rides very entertaining and quite fun! Another plus was having Disneyland's 70th Anniversary Celebration going on at the same time! Going the second week of December was also quite nice crowd wise. Not as busy as we thought it would be. Another plus was the weather. Coming from Colorado, we thoroughly enjoyed the high 70 degree days there. Great trip, and would gladly do it again!

It's Disneyland. What can you say? It's the happiest place on Earth. We've been annual pass holders for about 5 years, and have gotten to know the park inside and out. There are cracks in the facade, there are price hikes and unfortunate changes, of course. Crowds are crazy. But the soul of the place shines as bright as ever. The attention to detail is meticulous. Lands are immaculate with respect to color and sight lines. The rides are so much fun, and marvels of engineering in their respective eras. So much has been published about Disneyland, my words are not going to make a dent. But the magic is absolutely still alive.

Great park, good food.... I would say the highlight would be the haunted mansion with the nightmare before Christmas theme, absolutely amazing hoe much they changed around! All in all, it's a good time,a good park, however I think Disney World is superior. Adding some restrooms would definitely improve the experience, and maybe adding on to Sleeping Beauty's castle, it's so small!

We went on a Tuesday which turned out to be a great day to go. Bought a lighting pass, hardly any wait to ride. The longest we waited for a ride was 30 minutes. We had a fun day at the park. Loved it.

It’s the OG! We normally go to Walt Disney world, but changed it up and went to the place that started it all. Most rides were up and in operation. Great time of year to go! Prefer it greatly to California adventure.
